But though we are bound to
endorse the verdict against the lift-man, most people will have a certain
sympathy with him. While it is true that there is no law that compels us to
say “Please”, there is a social practice much older and much more sacred than
any law which enjoins us to be civil. And the first requirement of civility
is that we should acknowledge a service. “Please” and “Thank you” are the
small change with which we pay our ways as social beings. They are the little
courtesies by which we keep the machine of life oiled and running sweetly.
They put our intercourse upon the basis of a friendly co-operation, an easy
give-and-take, instead of on the basis of superiors dictating to inferiors.
It is a very vulgar mind that would wish to command where he can have the
service for asking, and have it with willingness and good-feeling instead of
resentment. I should like to “feature” in
this connection my friend, the polite conductor. By this discriminating title
I do not intend to suggest a rebuke to conductors generally. On the contrary,
I am disposed to think that there are few classes of men who come through the
ordeal of a very trying calling better than bus conductors do. Here and there
you will meet an unpleasant specimen who regards the passengers as his
natural enemies - as creatures whose chief purpose on the bus is to cheat
him, and who can only be kept reasonably honest by a loud voice and an
aggressive manner. But this type is rare - rarer than it used to be. I fancy
the public owes much to the Underground Railway Company, which also runs the
buses, for insisting on a certain standard of civility in its servants and
taking care that standard is observed. In doing this it not only makes things
pleasant for the travelling public, but performs an important social service. |

बारावी गुण भरण्यासाठी महत्वाची माहिती
1) रिपिटर तुरळक विषय घेऊन परीक्षेला बसलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यी पर्यावरण व शा. शि. विषय विषय अगोदर उत्तीर्ण झालेले असतील तर त्यांना ऑनलाईन गुण भरतांना Exempted साठी E लिहावा लागेल. तो ऑप्शन सुरू झाला असेल किंवा लवकरच तो ऑप्शन उपलब्ध होईल. तेव्हा च या विद्यार्थ्यांचे गुण भरावेत.
2) सर्व विषय घेऊन परीक्षेला बसलेले रिपिटर विद्यार्थी असतील तर त्यांचे उत्तीर्ण विषयांच्या गुणांची आपोआप बेरीज होईल. ती बेरीज किंवा सरासरी चे ऑप्शन नाही म्हणून काही बिघडत नाही. दहावी व तोंडी अंतर्गत मूल्यमापन व प्रॅक्टिकल चे गुण भरा.
3) तुरळक विषय घेऊन परीक्षेला बसलेले रिपिटर विद्यार्थी असतील तर त्यांचे कॉलेज कडे एच. एस. सी. बोर्ड ने पाठवलेल्या संपूर्ण कॉलेज च्या संकलीत निकाल तक्त्यावरून लेखी परीक्षेचे गुण काढावेत. मार्क शीट वरील 100 पैकी गुण ज्यात तोंडी प्रात्यक्षिक व अंतर्गत मुल्यमापन चे गुण असतील तर ते वजा करून 80 किंवा 70 पैकीच गुण घ्यावेत. अन्य कॉलेज/ शाळेतून विद्यार्थी आलेला असेल तर संबंधित कॉलेज किंवा शाळेशी संपर्क साधून लेखी परीक्षेत मिळालेले गुण प्राप्त करावेत.
4) तुरळक विषय घेऊन परीक्षेला बसलेले रिपिटर विद्यार्थी तोंडी, अंतर्गत मूल्यमापन व प्रॅक्टिकल विषय नसलेले असतील (खूप जुने विद्यार्थी) तर अशा विद्यार्थ्यांनी जर 100 पैकी लेखी परीक्षा दिली असेल तर तेथे 100 पैकी उत्तीर्ण विषयांचे गुण सरासरी घेण्यासाठी व भारांश 40% किंवा 50% किंवा 35% यापैकी जे लागू असेल ते घ्यावे.
5) दि.23 पर्यंत ऑनलाईन गुण भरणे आवश्यक आहे.
6) संकलित तक्ते विषय गट करून तयार करून संकलन केंद्रावर जमा करावेत. म्हणजे समान विषयांचे विद्यार्थ्यांचे गट करून तक्ता बनवला तर तो लहान बनवता येईल. ऑप्शनल विषयांसाठी वाढीव तक्ते बनवू नये.
उच्च माध्यमिक प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा (इ. १२ वी) सन - २०२१ परीक्षा मूल्यमापन व गुण भरणे या साठी वेबसाईट-

महत्वाच्या सूचना:
१) उच्च माध्यमिक प्रमाणपत्र (इ. १२वी)
साठी मूल्यमापन कार्यपध्दतीने प्राचार्यांनी निकाल समितीने प्रमाणित केलेले
विद्यार्थ्यांचे निकाल व अनुषंगिक स्वाक्षरी प्रपत्रांची सिलबंद पाकिटे संकलन
केंद्रावर जमा करण्यात यावीत.
२) सदर पाकिटांमध्ये समाविष्ट करण्यात
आलेल्या सर्व कागदपत्रांचे पृष्ठांकन करण्यात यावे व त्यासंबंधीचे पृष्ठ क्रमांक
अचूकपणे सोबतच्या हमीपत्रामध्ये नमूद करण्यात यावे.
३) यासंदर्भात खालील सूचनाचे पालन
करण्यात करुन, सोबतचे विहित हमीपत्र दोन प्रतीत परिपूर्ण भरुन एकच सिलबंद पाकीट
वितरण केंद्रावर कनिष्ठ महाविद्यालयाच्या मुखपत्रासह गुरुवार दि. ------/-----/२०२१ रोजी
------------ या वेळेत संकलन केंद्रावर जमा करण्यात यावीत.
संकलन करण्यापूर्वी करावयाची कारवाही:
१) संकलित माहिती तक्त्यातील अ क्र ०८
ते ११ याबाबत संकलित निकाल प्रतीवर / गुणपत्रिकेवर उजव्या बाजूला प्रत्येक
विद्यार्थ्याचा सन २०२१ मधील इ १२ वी परीक्षेचा बैठक क्रमांक नमूद करावा.
२) राज्यमंडाळाचे परिपत्रकानुसार
विषयात अथवा विषयातील सूट यामध्ये बदलामुळे MM नोंद केलेल्या
विद्यार्थ्यांची माहिती स्वतंत्र पाकिटात दुरुस्ती पाकिट (MM) व
कनिष्ठ महाविद्यालय सांकेतिक क्रमांक अशी ठळक नोंद करुन देण्यात स्वतंत्र
पाकीटातून देण्यात यावी.
३) अनुपस्थित विद्यार्थी (AA) नोंदी केलेल्या विद्यार्थ्याची माहिती अनुपस्थित विद्यार्थी (AA) नोंद करुन स्वतंत्र पाकीटातून देण्यात यावी. व आपल्या क.महा. सांकेतिक क्रमांकाची नोंद करून स्वतंत्र पाकिटातून देण्यात यावी.
४) यापूर्वी दिलेल्या ओएमआर (OMR) गुणपत्रिका
मंडळाकडे पाठविण्यात येऊ नयेत.
५) महत्वाचे रिपिटर (पुनर्परिक्षार्थी)
/ तुरळक विषयाचे विद्यार्थ्याना त्यांच्या मागील परीक्षेच्या गुणांचे मुल्यमापन
करण्यासाठी, पूर्वीच्या मंडळाने दिलेल्या पूर्वीच्या परीक्षेच्या शाळा/कनिष्ठ
महाविद्यालयनिहाय निकालपत्रकातील विषयांची विविध टप्प्यात दिलेली संपादणूक
(लेखी/तोंडी/प्रात्याक्षिक) विचारात घेण्यात यावी. तसेच याबाबतच्या मंडळाकडे सादर
करण्यात येणा-या विहित तक्त्यासोबत सदर पूर्वीच्या शाळानिहाय निकालपत्रकाची आणि
मूळ गुणपत्रिकांची चालू परीक्षा बैठक क्रमांकांच्या नोंदीसह छायाप्रत, प्राचार्यांच्या
सही / शिक्क्यासह प्रमाणित करुन सोबत जोडण्यात यावी.
६) क्र. १ते११ मधील सर्व वरीलप्रमाणे
तयार केलेली स्वतंत्र पाकिटांचे एकच मोठे पाकिट तयार करुन त्यावर कनिष्ठ
महाविद्यालय सांकेतीक क्रमांक टाकून त्या पाकिटावर अंतिम निकाल असे ठळक अक्षराने
लिहावे व ते सिलबंद पाकिट संकलन केंद्रावर मंडळ प्रतिनिधीकडे जमा करावे. तसेच
संदर्भ क्र. 3 च्या पत्रानुसार सुधारीत परिशिष्ट नमून्यात त्या. त्या संबंधित
माहिती संकलित करून सादर करावी. संकलन केंद्रावर उपस्थित राहताना कोविड-१९ च्या
शासनाने निर्धारीत केलेल्या नियमांचे पालन करण्याबाबतच्या सूचना आपल्या प्रतिनिधीस
देण्यात याव्या.
