Yes I think so there will be go instead of come in the indirect speech .Other is ok .
In the complex I think only first answer is correct .
I two queries
1 in complex sentence is "though the eagle was a problem child , he was disciplined severely " correct or not
2. The formula for present perfect tense is
Sub+has/have+v3 n then how " has been" Is the right answer
